Joanna CatherineHIGGINSHIGGINS Joanna, Catherine & Eleanor wish to express their sincere thanks to all relatives, friends, neighbours and work colleagues for the kindness and sympathy shown to them on the recent passing of Gerard “Gerry” Higgins. Also for the flowers, cards and letters received. Thanks to doctors and staff and members of the public who assisted at Queen Margaret Hospital, Dunfermline and doctors and staff in A&E and the Intensive Care Unit at the Victoria Hospital, Kirkcaldy, special thanks to nurses Jeanette and Terry (ICU). Thanks to Father Gerry Hand and Father Jock Dalrymple for a comforting requiem mass at St Pauls RC Church and service at the Crematorium, to the manager and staff of the Balgeddie House Hotel for the lovely reception, to Archie and Debbie from Cooperative Funeralcare, Glenrothes for all the funeral arrangements and finally to all who paid their last respects at the church and crematorium services and gave so generously the amount of £800 to Amnesty International and the NSPCC.
